That pull down menu is empty, nothing to select?

We determine the domain by calling get_site_url(), do you have this setting set on your WordPress blog?

Really appreciate your help. In general settings I have both WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) correctly set.

On a page and can confirm my correct URL was echo’d to the HTML.
