Button buys and sort menu items in Italian … because they are not in English?

I have this problem … that the “Buy” buttons and sorting products drop-down menu that are not in the desired language in English. I am Italian and when I had to put the settings of the store … I put Italy and the region or the city. it is for this reason that they come out in Italian? How can I change them?
