No shipping methods available – All enabled

    I have installed the DHL extension and enabled all shipping methods along with Realtime Rates but am getting no shipping methods offered whether I opt to offer list rates or account rates. I have tested this with UK, USA and French delivery addresses with no result in any circumstance.

    How can I troubleshoot this?

  • Please turn on the debug mode. The debug data will help you to figure out the exact problem.

    Also, I have noticed that you are using the test keys. The rates may not be coming because of the erratic test servers of DHL. However, the live credentials work fine.

    thanks for the speedy response. i’m getting a timeout in debug mode:

    cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10001 milliseconds

    would this be connected to the test keys issue?
