I added the shortcode correctly on my page, but nothing is displayed. I have the paid version of the plugin, but I did not have a coherent answer to my problem.

Please can you help me solve this problem?

I made a mistake. An error message appears: “504 Gateway Time-out nginx”

Sorry, Ramires but I don’t understand if you solved the problem about shortcode or not?

Error 504 it’s a web server error, that I think it’s indipendent from the plugin.

    Is it correct?

Please, Remember if you have some problems with premium send us an email to

    Thanks

There was no problem in the shortcode, the problem is the error 504.

I contacted my server and I was informed that only the developer of the plugin could fix this error, considering that they do not know how the line plugin code.

Please, this is urgent. The premium support channel is slow response, and I need it urgently. I can spend my Order ID here if necessary.

I tried to change the nginx additional directives and later the php.ini and my server support returned me this:

You are very welcome, that said in the error log for your domain I do not see an error that indicates a php.ini issue but rather an issue with the plugin coding itself.
    /var/www/vhosts/brasiliashopping.com.br/logs

In that directory in the error logs file, this error is repeated on every page load:
[Mon Oct 31 13:18:19 2016] [error] [client 189.6.16.4] PHP Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /var/www/vhosts/brasiliashopping.com.br/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/enjoy-instagram-premium/enjoyinstagram.php on line 285

If this enjoy instagram premium plugin was the one recently added it appears that the coding itself is the cause.
