Woocommerce gave big conflict in our site

  • hello ,in the page of checkout , the button of coupon for collapse or expandle the field of code promos payment didnt work and isnt clickable …. (in this link u can see the bug ) : https://imgur.com/a/U5QaA

    also the displaying of texts gave some Strange showing like this (shop &rarr ) , we found also that woocommerce did caching by his self , because after our updating of woocommerce ,the samme issues still , please wish someone helps me for fix this issues just we have 2 dayps before we opening our site thank you so much …

    we have doubt that maybe that issues comming after we used ssl or Something gave jquerry conflict

    @aladin007463 the standard debug approach is to deactivate all plugins except woocommerce and switch a default theme (such as Storefront or Twenty Sixteen). And see if the problem still exists there. If so, your server may be causing issues, in which case you should try the site on a different server.

    If these things do resolve the problem, then one-by-one turn plugins / theme back on and see which one is causing the conflict.

    Coupons behave normally for me on my sites, so it’s something specific about your setup.
