Display how far location and or event is from searched address

    I need to display in the location list and the event list how far the venue or event is from the address the user enters into the search. Does anyone know how to do this? I assume you have to make an attribute.

    Any help or pointers in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

  • This would require quite complicated custom coding, I think.

    You’d need to detect the user’s location, then calculate the distance between the user location and the event location. It might be possible to do with the Google Maps API, but I’m not 100% sure of that.
