User cannot view all media files (created by admin and others)

  • User can only view the images user uploaded. Which capability do I turn on so all media items can be viewed

    By default user sees a full list of media items. Check if some plugins restricts your user scope of view – deactivate all plugins, test, then activate them back one by one to isolate a problem.
