Update Donation Wording & Remove Project

First of all is there a way to remove the Donation Project dropdown completely? I only have one project and don’t want that to display.

Also, I am using this not as a donation, but as a way for customers to pay any amount. Where do I change the wording so that it can say Payment Amount and Add Payment instead of Donation Amount and Add Donation?

Also on the Checkout page, how can I change all the Donation wording there too? https://www.bellalimousinellc.com/checkout/
