I have just downloaded this plugin and am experimenting.

I am based in the UK and so the date formatting for my WordPress site in general settings is day-month-year (d/m/Y) however here it defaults to month-day-year and I can’t find any way of changing it.

    Can anyone advise please?

(I saw a similar post but that seemed to relate to it being hardcoded into a translation plugin which wouldn’t apply here)

    Many thanks,
    Claire

can we possibly get a login to your website? if we can then we’ll take a look. Please use email info at opentickets.com and username opentickets.

We’ll need you to also email us the URL and mention your username here so we’ll know what that login associates to on this forum.

    we’ll try and help.

As this is my business website I’m not really comfortable giving a third party access.

I really just need to know whether there’s any way to change the date format and, if so, where how are these settings dictated / changed (since it doesn’t seem to be based on my overall settings)? If it’s just not an option then at least I’ll know.

    Many thanks,
    Claire

    Claire,

We’ve released a version which supports this date construct. In the latest, OPenTickets -> Settings has these new options for sitewide event and tickets date format.
