Poor Plugin

There is no documentation for this plugin on how to get videos to play on WordPress pages. Since it’s a complete departure from JW Player 6, the developers should have put together a step-by-step knowledgebase article on how to get videos to play on your WordPress pages. There is some information on how to install and set up the plugin, but there is nothing on how to get the video player set up on individual WordPress pages. They do have support where you can submit tickets, but they are slow to get back (if at all) and don’t provide a solution. We had been using JW Player for 7 years and had a Premium account, but now we have to look elsewhere.
