Add PDF file

    Can I make custom uploaded PDF file?
    So I have an employee who make an order tracking file in PDF, and I want to use the PDF files instead of using default function of this plugin.

    If my customers enter their order ID, they’ll found their order status in PDF files, and they can download it.

    Can I do that?

    Hi Alfi,

    There’s no direct functionality to do this. However, in the premium version you can add custom fields. And one of the types of custom fields that you can add is file upload, which makes it so that someone can upload a file with their order (or you can attach a file to an order in the back end). With this, you could create a custom field for the PDFs and then attach a PDF to each order, which would then be downloadable when someone tracks their order on the front end.
