• Hi!

I noticed some strange behaviour of the dashboard or maybe it’s just me and my logic ??
On Wednesday I had one engagement on one article and everything looked fine in the dashboard. But at the article the counter was still set to 0 on Thursday. So I tried to click the same, which lead to a 1 in the article at that engagement. I tried to click another one in the same article, to see, what will happen and changed it back.
On Friday it said I had two engagements at Thursday in “Which day should I post an article”, but still in the article a 1 is only showing up on one of the two engagements and also in the dashboard at “Which articles are most engaging?”.
Today (Saturday) it’s getting really weird. In the dashboard at “Which articles are most engaging?” all is set to 0 for that article. At the article is still the one showing up and in the dashboard at “Which day should I post an article” it’s still weird.

Sry, my fault. The one with the engagement doesn’t show up in “Which articles are most engaging?” At “How do users from around the world feel?” you can find 3 voices of one engagement and 1 of another. I looked through all my pages and only found a 1 for the engagement that should have 3.

And also the excluded sites are listed as “unknown author”. Which doesn’t make any sense to me. As I have written and last but not least excluded themn…

I figured out in the meantime that the analytics are updated daily. Anyway it’s saying I have 3 engagements of one type and one of another. I was able to find two of them in the dashboard. They are in one article and of the same type. But when I look at that article it’s showing a 1 underneath that smiley instead of 2. I also can’t find the other two while looking through all articles in the frontend. Nor the Dashboard is giving me a hint of where I can find them. No matter where I’m looking in the dashboard and also the sorting doesn’t help. My guess is that two clicks are showing a 1 underneath the smiley. While one click is showing a 0. As people likely forget that arrays are start counting at 0 ??
It’s really cool that you have webinars! That’s very userfriendly. Keep up the good work!
