top bar shrinking

  • Hello, could you tell me please how can i modify the height of the top bar and its color?

    But currently i have disabled this bar, and i guess it is necessary to add extra php code, cuz there is no such an option in the customizer

    Can you please post the screenshot of the area you meant as well? A bit of custom CSS should do the trick hopefully ?? Thanks!
