Unique ID in the link

    Hello,

    In the Ninja Forms, I would like to have a unique ID number in the link to the form that I can send to a customer. They fill in the form and I get an email containing this unique ID. This way I would be able to pair submissions and customers.

    Does anyone of you have an idea on how to do this, please?
