I currently own four WordPress sites and looking to add eight more. But since I am not technical at all and do not have the bandwidth to build, maintain, and update contents myself, I seek to delegate these tasks to professionals.

So I like to know if WordPress offer any package that include these services 24/7.

We can provide a limited amount of technical support here at the forums, but for your particular needs, I suggest posting a request to https://jobs.wordpress.net/ and/or asking your technically inclined friends, and do not accept any offers to work that come from the forums.

There isn’t a company at www.remarpro.com, the software produced and maintained here is built from an open-source project.

www.remarpro.com and WordPress.com are two separate entities; see https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ I recommend asking your question at WP.com support instead.
