Email not able to receive

I was trying to send email through the contact 7 form the whole day, but it’s not reaching my mailbox. I tried a few emails, those that ending with @company.com are not receiving the emails. But the ones with gmail are working fine.

Example, my website is example.com I submitted the contact form to email [email protected] it’s not reaching, but when i set the email to [email protected] it is receiving.

Please help.
