Assign the translate privilege for WPML to a role?

Configure roles for WPML.

I use the Translation Management Plugin of WPML. With this Plugin I can assign to a user the privilege to access do the translation functions. However, I cannot assign this privilege to a role.

With your plugin, it is possible to do that?
