free access to products without shopping steps is possible?

    I recently installed the woocommerce plugin. It seems pretty good!
    But this site is to show products (info: textes and videos), not to sell them.
    It exist a way to let product access to visitors without “name”, “adress”, “tel” …no shopping steps ?
    I understand that it will certainely deny statistics reports options…
    The fact is that i am interested to simulate an e-commerce structure but totaly free acess to products
