Only show the child category that matches the parent category’s name

I’m trying to get my parent category pages to only display the one child post that is named the same name as the parent name.
Example:
“Cars” Category Page has 20 children, however I only want the one child post that is named “Cars” to display.

There are many categories so I’m hoping that I dont ahve to create individual category template to achieve this.
