Remote file is incorrect size

  • Trying to use the wordpress-importer plugin (native to wordpress). Success with pages and posts. With media, I get, ‘Remote file is incorrect size’.

    I’m at PHP 5.6. The file size is small though I have increased my size limits (in case that was the issue).

    Any ideas, anyone?

    Help!!!! I really need an import plugin that can import my media library. Does anyone know of one that really works
