Orange (Spam) Message, NOT Cache

    So I’m getting the orange Spam error when trying to submit certain forms on my website.

    This form gives the problem: https://summitathleticclub.com/training/fitness-assessment/

    But our regular contact form works fine: https://summitathleticclub.com/contact/

    I’ve disabled akismet and tried enabling/disabling the SiteGround Caching plugin (normally it is disabled, tried to enable it then add the form’s url to the exclusion list and purged the cache.) Nothing has changed it. Thought maybe it was the captcha but it fails regardless of if the captcha is there or not. Any suggestions? Everything Ive found online has said it’s a cache related issue.
