Translation

Hello.
Im trying to translate the plugin, so I made a .po and .mo file and named them -se_SE witch is the language im using.. I upload them to language folder but now what? should’nt wordpress automatically read the files and choose the ones with the selected area code or what’s up, maybe Im stupid.
