Doesn’t work, company won’t refund premium extensions

  • I tried this plugin out – even asking for support after it was inadvertently duplicating my users across site migrations (thanks for the 250,000 users on my staging site!).

    Their support was helpful in resolving the issue, but when I went to use this tool on production it filled my /wp-content folder with junk and failed to import properly.

    I requested a refund of the premium extensions I purchased and they have not responded. Unfortunately I have to change my recommendation.
