My customer uses UPS, USPS, and DHL shipping methods on their website. When displaying shipping rates in the cart, the method title of “DHL” does not display next to the method, so the customer doesn’t know they are choosing DHL. For example: “EXPRESS 12:00” appears as the method, which doesn’t tell them a lot about what they are selecting. I “hacked” one of the .php templates to hardcode the (DHL) next to the method so that the customer can at least see what they’re choosing, but the backend WooCommerce management screens that my customer uses still only show “EXPRESS 12:00” which is confusing them as well. Is this a known issue with the plugin? Is there any way I can get the method title that is configurable in WooCommerce to display on the site for the customer and the merchant? Thanks.

  • Hi Psenechal,
As the basic version, this plugin is designed for small vendors. Usually, they use single shipping services. However, the premium version of the plugin has an option to customize the name of the services.
