Special Sidebar under Category and All Post under it

Hello everybody,

Let’s say if I have these categories “Rice, Noodle, Dessert” and under default there is no post display under them.

However when I click on “Rice”, the category page will load and the sidebar will list all posts under category “Rice”. Navigate posts withing that “Rice” won’t change it back to default.

If I click “Noodle” now, similar things happen, with the list under “Rice” gone and replace by “Noodle” under its category.

So how do I do that? Is that ever possible?
