Links are displayed incorrectly

Hi,

since I’m using your plugin, amazon links with more than one word are displayed incorrectly. Example:
1) “First” -> “First”
2) “First Second” -> “First 0=Second”
3) “First Second Third” -> “First 0=Second 1=Third”

It would be nice if you could fix this soon.
