Plugins not displaying in RSS Feed

I have a couple of plugins I use on my posts, including Amazonify and Adsense Manger, but when you go to my feed: https://feeds.feedburner.com/jappareti the plugins no longer work and the feed displays the code I used to display the plugins.

Is there a way I can enable them? Or even disable them so all of the code is out of my feed?
