Logo is working on HOME..not showing up on ABOUT

I am very new to all this…but I’m having trouble getting my logo to show up on the ABOUT page correctly. It’s showing up on the home page just fine.
Anybody have any ideas…is there any code you need to see?
After 3 hours of working on it, I’m at a loss.
