Hi there as per this page there are a few display issues.
    https://www.imusiciandigital.com/en/support/

    1. Letters being loaded instead of + and –
    2. Skipping to questions is very jumpy and skips the question
    3. Labelling is not working

    1. For whatever reason the letter ‘a’ is being loaded on the page when I select the toggle symbol when plus and minus is selected in the settings. If I select another option it changes to ‘b’. Do you know what is causing this issue?
    2. When one clicks on ‘+/a’ it jumps down to the answer, skipping the question and overall being very jumpy. Is it possible to change this?
    3. Finally I have change the labelling for ‘Enter your question’ yet it does not seem to take the new input.

  • Hi Mel,

    1. The icons are a font. So, for example, the “+” sign is represented by the letter “a”, etc. If you’re seeing the letters, this means the font for the icons isn’t being loaded. When you go to the “Styling” area of the “Settings” tab, do the icons show there?

    2. You can set “Scroll To Top” to “No” (“Basic” area of the “Settings” tab).

    3. Are you talking about the placeholder in the search input field? You can indeed change this in the labelling options. The labelling option for this is called “Search Field Placeholder”.

Thanks, your solutions for number 2 and 3 did the trick.

However for number 1 the the icons do show under styling but still don’t load properly on the page. They do load eventually though. When one clicks on a the minus appears and reverts to a plus when finished. Do you have any other insight into what could be causing the problem?

    Hi Mel,

I took a look at your source code and it looks like there’s a few UFAQ CSS/JS files that aren’t loading.

Is there a chance that you’re using some kind of plugin that minifies your CSS and/or JS?

Also, have you updated the plugin to the most recent version?
