Disabled and re activated plug ins, website display now broken

Hello,
I work for a non-profit that relies on WordPress publishing. This morning I discovered I was getting 404 errors when I attempted to publish any post. I looked up solutions online and it told me to disable all plugins to see if it resolved the issue.

I did so and it did not work I reactivated all the plugins and the entire website display had changed. Colors weren’t displaying, The organization logo was cropped funny, social media feeds had disappeared and the Donate Now box had gone.
