Excellent plugin and support

I have used this slider for a long time and got a small problem. Recently I gave up contacting support for help because my last experience with other plugins was a wast of time. So to my great surprise the support amassed me with the fast reply and the most important thing is that the very first reply satisfied my needs and answered my question. Great plugin with great support, what else is needed? ??
