    Hi,

I saw this issue reported earlier but since it was marked as resolved and could not add a message there, I am creating this new support request.

I just install Peepso on a fresh WordPress installation and keep on getting this error message when I go to Peepso settings/configuration:

This setting is to be changed upon very first PeepSo activation or in case of site migration. If changed in any other case it will result in missing content including user avatars, covers, photos etc. (error 404).

PeepSo allows users to upload images that are stored on your server. Enter a location where these files are to be stored.
This must be a directory that is writable by your web server and and is accessible via the web. If the directory specified does not exist, it will be created.

Peepso didn’t created the folder automatically, so I created the folder and even set the permission to write to this folder, but Peepso still giving the same error message as if it cannot locate nor access the folder?

    Hi,

This is not an error. It’s a message, granted. It should be styled and perhaps phrased differently. If you can change profile avatars and upload profile covers. It’s all fine.

If there’s a problem with uploads, please open a support ticket here: https://peepso.com/contact/support and we’ll look into it in detail.

    Kindest regards,
    Eric Tracz
