Need Video Plugin for WP 2.6

Does anyone know of a good plugin that embeds videos onto posts (that works with WordPress 2.6)?

I primarily need to embed .wmv files stored on my server … and would like it to show on the post as a pic of a “video screen” with something like “Click to Play”.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
