• Hello,

    When viewing the site on a tablet or phone, the top navigation menu does not work. It collapses to a menu bar, but nothing happens when I click on it. The menu items never appear. Thanks for the help.

  • Can you please post a link to your site? Did you also try making your desktop browser narrow and clicking the mobile menu button? Usually when I see a problem like this, it’s because of some javascript error related to a plugin. Did you try temporarily deactivating all of your plugins?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the fast reply.

    Here’s a link to my site.

    I did try deactivating all plugins, and it did not fix the problem.

    Thanks for the help!

    Is there anyone with Annina who can provide some support?

    Your site is missing the footer, which contains the javascript files which are necessary to capture and process mouse clicks on the mobile menu. If you do a view source on your site, it ends with these lines:

    <!-- End - Super RSS Reader -->

    </aside></div><!-- #secondary -->

    It’s missing the footer element and all of the scripts which come after it. Did you make a change that excludes the footer.php file? Also, how did you add the right sidebar, are you using the Pro version?

    Hmm, that’s weird. Something clearly got messed up along the way somewhere. I’ll look into it more. Thanks for the help!

    What’s strange is that when I go to some of the sub pages (BBC One, BBC Two, Sky News), the footer is there, along with the scripts, and the mobile menu works correctly. Do you have a custom template for the front page, like a front-page.php, that isn’t calling get_footer()?
