• Hello
I currently have a problem with the plug-in at the syntax of hidden content, since I put brackets [], my submenu no longer works
    example : [expand title=”MICRO-ORDINATEUR PROFESSIONNEL”] [table id=1 /] [/expand]
you might find it on this link: https://mic-mada.info/nos-produits/

I do not think I had this problem before

    Regards

Where exactly are you placing the shortcode?
    on a page, or post?
What does the code look like when you view it in TEXT (not Visual) mode?
Fret not, we’ll help you get this working in quick fashion.

the shortcode is placed in the “https://mic-mada.info/nos-produits/” page with the syntax [table id = 1 /] making, calls a function of another plugin,

I remark that the defect is that when the brackets are in the “hidden content” this problem occurs,

Indeed the shortcode is also used in “https://mic-mada.info/nous-contacter/services-apres-vente-sav/” but in the “hidden conteu” I have no syntax with brackets

that’s why I’ve found here is what is the problem

but I think that before I did not have this problem because it is only now that I see it

Is the Content Filter option turned on in the Collapse-O-Matic plugin settings?
You can check this under Dashboard > Settings > Collapse-O-Matic > Content Filter

    Hello,

Thank you for your reply, I checked the option, but it was not selected, for the test I checked it, and refreshed the page problem, but it still does not work.

OK, try changing the default tag from span to div in the plugin settings.
we’ll stick with you until this issue is resolved.

We just check your page: https://mic-mada.info/nos-produits/ and everything seems to be working fine in Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.

    Hi

I test it too on my macbook with Safari, Chrome and Firefox but i still have the issue. I made 2 Screenshots :
    Link : mic-mada.info/nous-contacter/
    Capture : https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B9m3ZTGD-2q0VFltRTFrWG01YkE
Results : The submenu can develop as you can see

    Link : mic-mada.info/nos-produits/
    Capture : https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B9m3ZTGD-2q0ZjVlTGhyN3UzZUE
Results : When the page is nos-produits, where the plugins is used with the brackets syntax in the hidden content, the submen can’t develop.

It seems we did not understand your issue.

    On the page: https://mic-mada.info/nos-produits/
there are working collapse-o-matic elements at the bottom of the page:
    MICRO-ORDINATEUR PROFESSIONNEL
    PERIPHERIQUES
    and so on.

However, you seem to be having an issue with not only the sub-menu, but also your slider. Something is causing a Javascript Error.
Are you certain it’s related to the expand, and not the table shortcode?

If you were to add a simple collapse-o-matic element to your contact page does it also break?
    for example, add:

    [expand title="trigger"]This is a test[/expand]

    to the content of: https://mic-mada.info/nous-contacter/

What happens when you temporarily remove the [table] shortcodes from the expand elements?

    Hello

Sorry for my English, I need to improve it! ??

So like I said the problem is well on the page: https://mic-mada.info/nos-produits/ when putting this shortcode (for example) [expand title = “PERIPHERALS”] [table id = 2 / ] [/ expand]; [Table id = 2 /] is the hidden content and which is a function that displays a table with data (the tablepress plugin) so the bracket are compeling,

I tried this shortcode [expand title = “PERIPHERALS”] table id = 2 / [/ expand]; [Table id = 2 /] (without brackets) and as you will see there is even more error and the slide works!

So when there are brackets in the hiding content, the error occurs

And as you can see i put the shortcode to the content of: https://mic-mada.info/nous-contacter/ there is no error occurs

I tried to put Brackets in the test shotcode like this [expand title=”trigger”][This is a test][/expand] there is no error occurs too

(sorry i am testing while i am writing this post too)

Now i put this syntaxe to the hidden content [table id=2/] and the error appears, i think that it is not only the brackets the problems… perhapss a collision of two uncompatible plugins?

    Regards
