• I was very pleased with the Elementor plugin until I upgraded to the latest version earlier this evening. I just got done creating a new page and saved it after adding changes as I went along but when I went to actually view the webpage I discovered that absolutely nothing I created via the Elementor plugin was saved. Sooooo, I started all over again and ended up with the same result…. a blank page! So I switched browsers… same result. ~ PLEASE FIX THE ELEMENTOR PLUGIN!!! Something is definitely wrong with it since your latest upgrade. THANKS!

When you edit the page with Elementor do you see the content?

Please send us your system info. You can find it in under Elementor → System info. Please use Pastebin to paste it and send it to us.

Yes, I see the content exactly as I expect it to appear while I am editing it, but after I save it and then open the actual webpage the content area is just blank.

The Elementor plugin worked perfectly fine before I updated it last night.

I am on one of my own Linux servers running cPanel/MySQL with plenty of space and RAM. Like I said, it was running fine until I updated the plugin directly via website’s WordPress dashboard.

Can you please send us a link to this page?

It would help us if you brought us the Apache error log of your server (last 50 – 100 rows)

I’ll try to find time to get that information to you later today.

In the meantime, here’s some additional information that might help… I gave ELEMENTOR another shot last night and it seemed to work fine at first as long as I ONLY SAVE THE PAGE ONCE… if I add anything else to the same page and then try to save it again everything disappears. I tested it by logging out of the site, then logging back in and repeated the same process and the same exact thing happened. ELEMENTOR worked ‘ok’ if I only saved the webpage ONCE, but if I made further edits using ELEMENTOR after the initial save and then SAVED the page again everything disappears when you go to view the actual page even though it is present within ELEMENTOR.

I hope this additional information is helpful. I was really appreciating the ELEMENTOR plugin until this latest upgrade.
