Does the premium version get around relative URL’s?

I’m having a hard time getting the large image to show in the Summary Card with Large Image. I’ve tried multiple different solutions and I’m hoping your premium version will work.

Every solution we have tried (including your free version) load the twitter:image with a relative URL

(example: //www.domain.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/rebuynormal.jpg )

We would like for the full URL to be shown.
