Conflict with schema premium theme

  • Hello,

    This is a brand new site. With the default 2016 free theme, I don’t have an issue. As soon as I use my premium theme (schema) the profile section blocks off half the page, and scrolls with the page. This is with all other plugins deactivated, and no changes made to any settings on for the ultimate member plugin. Any ideas?

  • That’s telling you that the theme is not compatible with UM.

    Yes I understand that…my question is, is there a way to make them compatible? Especially since schema is a very popular theme, highly recommended by a lot of people, and in many of the top theme lists for 2016 (this is why I bought it). Given this, there are bound to be other people who will have this issue.

    You can either ask those UM admins using this “very popular theme, highly recommended by a lot of people” how they solved their compatibility issue, or you can hire a developer to fix it, but this is not something the support board can help you with.
