So, this is odd …. I own the server, have 30+ WordPress installs on it, but for some bizarre reason this installation doesn’t like the ‘Plugins’ section to be added …. I’m getting this error:

Tried a reinstall, new database, nothing ….. it doesn’t make any sense, this install is no different to all the others.
