Modal not loading in proper location

Hello, I installed Adblock notify, and for some reason it only displays at the very very bottom of the pages with the adblock notification. I was wondering how I could go about fixing that. The location of the site is https://beinglibertarian.com
We are currently using Mellow Ads for our ads and soon to add AdSense as well within a few days when the activation pin arrives.
