I am so frustrated! The last Marketplace plugin caused our site to crash and I reported it on the WCmp forum on October 1st and there has been no support there. Our thread is here:
    https://wc-marketplace.com/support-forum/topic/todays-plugin-update-caused-the-site-to-crash/#post-4935

After hours of working with our server, we were able to get the site back up, but our vendors can’t access their shops or products and the lack of communication or assistance has made me very fearful of how things are going for our future. Setting up our marketplace has involved a large financial commitment and hundreds of hours of work. We really need the plugin to be fixed so that we can get back to work.

  • Hi Rachel,

Sorry to know about the issue you were facing . I understand that you have to put great effort in terms of work and money but as I stated before also, please check the coding standard you have used for customizing the website and this can be the reason behind the issue you are facing. However, we will look into the matter and try to find out the reason behind this.

    Thanks,
    Rimpa

Thanks for finally responding! I have been getting more and more stressed with each day that passes with no word. If there is a problem with the customizations we have been doing, I need to know what it is so that the guy that is helping me can correct it.

It would be even better if you guys improved the plugin so that we wouldn’t have to tinker with it. Although it works out of the box, the design on the front end for the shops was unacceptable and there are many tools on the back end that are needed for normal inventory control. I realize that you are working on things and hope that you will take our needs seriously as you move forward.

Please let me know what I need to do on our end to get our shops going again. Hopefully, you can fix it when you take a look…

Definitely, we can help your dev guy but that will take time as we have to review the site completely and have to understand his coding.

With every passing time, we are improving our plugin but there can be few bugs etc. that will be resolved one by one. Definitely, we are working on many new tools for the most friendly plugin and hopefully will come up with the positive outcome.

    Regards,
    Rimpa

Thank you. The most important thing is communication and I got worried because there was no response on the forum in five days.

Rachel – I believe the issue you were facing has been solved, so I am marking this thread as “Resolved”. Let us know if you face any other issue by opening another thread.
