Last update caused my site to crash and there has been no support since Oct 1st

I am so frustrated! The last Marketplace plugin caused our site to crash and I reported it on the WCmp forum on October 1st and there has been no support there. Our thread is here:

Setting up our marketplace has involved a large financial commitment and hundreds of hours of work. We really need the plugin to be fixed so that we can get back to work.
