    Help,

We backed up a site and database, and restored it on a new server.

The login screen to the admin give me this error.

ERROR: Cookies are blocked or not supported by your browser. You must enable cookies to use WordPress.

I tried everything by disabling plugins, and restoring the htaccess.

I think it has to do with the All In One Security Plugin….

Please help, I can’t figure it out
    Thanks,
    -Muhu

Hi Muhu, have you tried enabling Cookies on the browser in question?

Have you got the following Cookie Based Brute Force Login Prevention enabled under Brute Force?

    I cannot get into admin.

Not sure, as this was not our build.

    Yes, cookies are enabled.

Question? If the plugin was disabled .htaccess reset, would it matter if Cookie Based Brute Force was enabled prior?

    No, it would not matter.

Please read the following documentation. This should help you to disable and delete the plugin. Then you have a choice of installing a fresh copy. But before you decide to install a new copy, carry out a test to see if you still see the same error message.

    Regards
