Themify Ultra Logo Carousel

  • Hello,

    I’m new to creating websites so the Themify Ultra theme really caught my eye with its easy integrate and drag and drop features. Everything as gone great until I attempted to add in a logo carousel to show affiliates to the business that Im doing. Ive downloaded the Logo Carousel plugin by “Sleepless Developers” and it does just fine if I paste the short code on the edit page section directly on my dashboard but the problem is that its not located where I want it to be. Unfortunately, when I attempt to edit using the themify ultra by pasting the shortcode in a text module, the carousel feature doesnt show but instead just shows a vertical bulleted line of of my logos as if it was pasted on a word document. Any assistance will be great because this is the only thing left to complete my site and Ive ran out of places to look for help. Hopefully someone else has encountered this problem and knows how to resolve it.

    Since that is a commercial theme, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best: https://themify.me/forum/forum-category/theme-support/ultra

    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working properly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s developer. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.
