Can’t set ‘Days Off’ for staff member

Using the Lite version & all was working well.
Then I added and removed a service and all hell’s broken loose.My single member of staff lost half its settings. This was mostly easy to sort out but what’s really causing the problem is that I can no longer set the ‘Days Off’ for them.
Even stranger, when I removed the service from the staff member’s settings 4 days appeared as ‘Days Off’. I still can’t change any of them though.The company’s non-working days can be set OK, and as far as I understand it these are used as a template for new staff members, but as I can’t delete my one staff member to recreate them that doesn’t help.
I’ve tried de-activating & re-activating the plugin, and restarting the server. No joy.
How can I sort this out please? It’s rather urgent.
