Submit Property Display

  • I have used this shortcode for submit property:
    Create page. Shortcode: [realia_submission]

    Enter location and map is seen but beneath the map there are 2 emply textboxes.

    Also under Amenities, Public Facilities is seen which is not displayed properly. Please help me to get it correct.
