Users able to login without activation

Hi,

I’ve had 2 users report that they can login and continue on my site without activating their account via email. They get the ‘activate your account’ message screen, but can log directly in.

When I review their accounts, they all say ‘pending’ but I can see records of their ‘logged in’ activities (courses complete).

I have the disable wp-admin setting checked (not sure if this is relevant), also recaptcha is on, and obviously the ‘activate account by email’ setting on.

Have you got any suggestions? I have omitted the TML pages from cache.

What more information should I provide to help work out what is the problem.

I believe I have no other plugins which should affect TML (have wordfence, and uncanny toolkit [with login options off]).

Thanks for your help, great plugin! (would be even better with some UI to add custom registration fields, the coding was a little difficult)
