Migrate only selected tables with Alter table

Hello,
I’m using this awesome plugin to migrate my database in many environments but how can I migrate my data without remove en replace existing data. For exemple, I would like to only sync “wp_posts” table with only new content without to remove and import all. How can I use this plugin with Alter table ?

Use case : I have 20 posts in my local environment, I added 2 new posts and I would like to sync only this 2 latest posts with my production site.

How can I proceed ?
