Can’t run forum with this plugin?

Hi,

I was having a problem where people couldn’t register to my forum without getting the below message.

And so I deactivate my “email subscribe” plugin and it solved the problem, however… I don’t want to deactivate the email subscribe permanently. Is it really the case where I have to choose between people subscribing to my blogs or registering to my forum???

I’d really appreciate any help.
