How to display primary site lang shortcut on url links?

Thanks for awesome plugin!

I have a question about your plugin.

I have 2 language site with using your plugin.
Main language is English(en),and menu url links look like this:blah.com/home or blah.com/service

Secondary lang is Thai(th) and menu url links look like this:blah.com/th/home or blah.com/th/sevice

So the question is:How to make url links of primary language(en) url links not be:blah.com/home
but be like this: blah.com/en/home ?

Whenever language i set as primary one,language name shortcut(like en or th)is dissapear from site url link.How to not make those language shortcuts from url links as main language still displayed
like for secondary languages?
