Category missing most products

  • Hello Support:

    My Website is failing to display most of the products with short code [product_category category=”arte”] in this page. There are 33 products in the category, but it displays only 6.

    This is the test site, with all the plugins, except Woo Commerce, deactivated, and using Twenty Twelve theme, to troubleshoot conflicts. The same behavior.

    Please advice. I can provide administrator access if needed.

    As I don′t get any response from you, I have reported this as an ISSUE in GITHUB

    The issue is in a production site, and the customer expects it to be quickly solved by the number one shopping plugin in the World.

    In the Publish panel, the customer set the catalog visibility for the (invisible) products to “hidden” and later on he forgot it.

    The solution was provided in GITHUB, where I asked after I realized that there is no customer support in this plugin support forum.
